On the other we operate a network of delivery partners and a project marketplace that lets us stand capacity up quickly and in more than one location.
Professional Employee Services is the simplest expression of that: you name the role, we employ the person, and you get the output without the employment.

No guaranteed outcomes
We commit to what we control. Anything that depends on your market, your pricing or your product is reported on, not promised.
Named accountability
Four owners per engagement, a five-level escalation ladder, and a director at the top of it. No shared inbox as an escalation point.
Published ratios
Supervision, quality and training coverage are stated as ratios in the contract so they cannot be quietly thinned out to protect margin.
Clean exits
Data return, deletion confirmation, documentation handover and thirty days of transition support are written in at the start.

Every Akontec proposal carries a section with that exact title. It lists what we are not going to claim. Clients tell us it is the section they read first.
