Pricing

Indicative rates,
published openly.

These are planning-basis bands, not a quotation. They exist so you can size a business case before you talk to us. Your confirmed rate is fixed in Schedule A after the role is scoped, and it does not move without a signed change note.

02 — LIKE FOR LIKE

Where the 25%
actually comes from.

The saving is not a discount on salary. It comes from cost lines that stop existing once the employment relationship moves to us. Below is a worked example for one operations-band role.

DRIVER 01

Scale on the employer side

Recruitment, payroll administration, compliance filing and facilities are spread across every account we run rather than loaded onto one headcount.

DRIVER 02

No idle or bench cost

You pay for the seats you have contracted. Ramp-up, backfill and bench time during recruitment sit on our side of the line.

DRIVER 03

Shared supervision

A team lead, trainer and quality analyst are expensive to hire for four people. At our scale they come as a fraction of a seat.

03 — COMMERCIAL TERMS

How billing works

  • Invoiced monthly in advance, per contracted seat
  • Standard payment term is 15 days from invoice date
  • Indian clients billed in INR plus GST; overseas clients in USD, GBP or AED
  • Pro-rata applied in the first and last month of any seat
  • Approved separate lines (licences, telephony) invoiced at cost with evidence
  • Rates held for the contract term; reviewed annually with 60 days’ notice

Adding and releasing seats

  • New seats confirmed by a signed change note, priced at the prevailing band
  • Additional seats typically go live within 12 to 20 days
  • Release of a staffed seat requires 60 days’ written notice
  • Seasonal ramps end on the agreed date with no notice liability
  • No penalty for scaling up; no termination fee beyond the notice period
  • On exit we return data, hand over documentation and support transition for 30 days

Are these rates negotiable?

Volume changes the band. A single specialist seat and a twenty-seat pod are not priced the same way, and longer committed terms improve the rate. What we will not do is quote low, sign, and then recover the gap through exclusions.

Do you charge a recruitment or setup fee?

No. Recruitment, assessment, background verification, training and workstation provisioning are inside the monthly rate. Setup fees are one of the places outsourcing quotes usually hide cost, so we do not have one.

What happens if I need the seat for only three months?

Then it is a seasonal ramp, priced as a fixed-term engagement with a term loading and no notice liability at the end. It costs slightly more per month than a rolling seat, and it is honest about why.

Is GST applicable?

For Indian clients, yes, at the prevailing rate on services. Overseas clients are invoiced under export-of-services terms; the treatment for your entity is confirmed at contracting and you should take your own tax advice on it.
