We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is accessible to Akontec personnel involved in responding to your enquiry, and to service providers who host our website and email under confidentiality obligations. We disclose information where required by law or a valid legal process.

Enquiry records are retained while there is an active commercial conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Where an engagement follows, retention is governed by the executed agreement. You may ask us to delete an enquiry record at any time.

This website is a static site and does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google servers; no personal information is submitted to them by us. If analytics are added in future, this section will be updated before they are enabled.
